If you are buying, I can identify potential red flags during our initial tours. You can count on me to ensure that necessary repairs are identified and completed correctly before you close.
As your Home Inspector:
When you work with my team, you receive the expertise of two licensed professional inspectors at a competitive rate. Our comprehensive service includes:
- Detailed Reporting: We provide the required TREC state report along with a custom, hand-typed summary.
- Thermal Imaging: Included at no extra cost, this technology identifies missing insulation as well as plumbing or roof leaks.
- Flexible Walkthroughs: We offer virtual walkthroughs via Zoom or FaceTime if you cannot attend in person, and we can also provide evening reviews.
- Agent Support: We provide a prepared repair amendment that your agent can use as-is or edit as needed.
